2. De dienst

RevEV is een webapplicatie die in de browser van een auto een realtime gesimuleerd verbrandingsmotorgeluid afspeelt, aangestuurd door de voertuigsnelheid uit de locatie-interface van de browser. Het geluid wordt lokaal op je apparaat gegenereerd. RevEV is entertainmentsoftware en geen rijhulpmiddel.

3. Aankoop en prijs

Een RevEV-licentie kost 4,45 EUR eenmalig, incl. btw. De betaling wordt verwerkt door Stripe. Na betaling ontvang je een licentiecode per e-mail en wordt de auto automatisch ontgrendeld.

4. Licentie

Eén code werkt in één auto (browser) tegelijk. Voer je de code in een andere auto in, dan verhuist de licentie daarheen; de vorige auto heeft dan geen licentie meer. De licentie is persoonlijk, niet-exclusief en niet overdraagbaar aan derden, en blijft geldig zolang de dienst wordt geleverd (zie artikel 5). Later toegevoegde geluidspakketten kunnen inbegrepen zijn of apart worden aangeboden; dat wordt dan vermeld.

5. Looptijd van de dienst

RevEV is een eenmalige aankoop, geen abonnement. Er zijn geen terugkerende kosten. De eenmalige betaling geeft toegang tot de dienst zolang wij die leveren. We kunnen de dienst beëindigen, bijvoorbeeld om redenen buiten onze macht, zoals wijzigingen in autobrowsers of platforms, wetswijzigingen of wijzigingen in diensten van derden waarop we vertrouwen. In dat geval kondigen we dit met een redelijke termijn vooraf aan op deze website en, waar mogelijk, per e-mail. Dit laat je wettelijke rechten als consument volgens EU- en Pools recht onverlet.

6. Veilig gebruik

Gebruik RevEV alleen op een manier die voldoet aan de verkeersregels en je niet afleidt. Bedien de app niet tijdens het rijden; stel hem in terwijl je stilstaat. Houd het volume zo dat je hulpdiensten en je omgeving hoort. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor naleving van lokale regels over geluid van voertuigen.

7. Vereisten

Een compatibele browser met Web Audio en locatietoegang (voor de snelheid). We garanderen geen compatibiliteit met elke auto, browser of software-update van de autofabrikant.

9. Klachten

Mail naar [email protected]. We antwoorden binnen 14 dagen. Consumenten in de EU kunnen ook het EU-platform voor onlinegeschillenbeslechting gebruiken: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Aansprakelijkheid

Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt aansprakelijkheid die volgens het toepasselijke recht niet kan worden beperkt, waaronder de wettelijke rechten van consumenten op conformiteit van digitale inhoud met de overeenkomst.

11. Merken

RevEV is niet verbonden aan Tesla, Toyota, BMW, Porsche, Lamborghini, Audi of een andere autofabrikant. Voertuignamen beschrijven alleen het karakter van het geluid.

12. Toepasselijk recht

Pools recht is van toepassing, zonder consumenten de bescherming te ontnemen van dwingende regels van hun woonland.

2. The service

RevEV is a web application that plays a real-time simulated combustion-engine sound in a car browser, driven by the vehicle speed from the browser's location API. The sound is generated locally on your device. RevEV is entertainment software; it is not a driving aid.

3. Purchase and price

A RevEV licence costs 4.45 EUR one-time, VAT included. Payment is processed by Stripe. After payment you receive a licence code by email and the car is unlocked automatically.

4. Licence

One code works in one car (browser) at a time. Entering the code in another car moves the licence there; the previous car stops being licensed. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable to third parties, and remains valid for as long as the service is provided (see section 5). Sound packs added later may be included or offered separately; this will be stated at the time.

5. How long the service runs

RevEV is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges. The one-time fee gives you access to the service for as long as we provide it. We may discontinue the service, for example for reasons beyond our control such as changes to car browsers or platforms, changes in the law, or changes to third-party services we rely on. If we do, we will give reasonable advance notice on this website and, where possible, by email. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Polish law.

6. Safe use

Use RevEV only in a way that complies with traffic law and does not distract you. Do not operate the app while driving; set it up while parked. Keep the volume at a level that lets you hear emergency vehicles and your surroundings. You are responsible for compliance with local rules on sound emitted from vehicles.

7. Requirements

A compatible browser with Web Audio and location access (for speed). We do not guarantee compatibility with every car, browser or software update by the car manufacturer.

9. Complaints

Write to [email protected]. We answer within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumers' statutory rights regarding conformity of digital content with the contract.

11. Trademarks

RevEV is not affiliated with Tesla, Toyota, BMW, Porsche, Lamborghini, Audi or any other car maker. Vehicle names describe the sound character only.

12. Law

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence.

2. Usługa

RevEV to aplikacja internetowa odtwarzająca w przeglądarce auta symulowany w czasie rzeczywistym dźwięk silnika spalinowego, sterowany prędkością z lokalizacji przeglądarki. Dźwięk powstaje lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu. RevEV to rozrywka, nie system wspomagania jazdy.

3. Zakup i cena

Licencja RevEV kosztuje 4,45 EUR jednorazowo, z VAT. Płatność obsługuje Stripe. Po płatności otrzymujesz kod licencji e-mailem, a auto odblokowuje się automatycznie.

4. Licencja

Jeden kod działa w jednym aucie (przeglądarce) naraz. Wpisanie kodu w innym aucie przenosi tam licencję, a poprzednie auto traci licencję. Licencja jest osobista, niewyłączna, nieprzenoszalna na osoby trzecie i ważna przez okres świadczenia usługi (zob. pkt 5).

5. Okres świadczenia usługi

RevEV to jednorazowy zakup, a nie subskrypcja. Nie pobieramy opłat cyklicznych. Jednorazowa opłata daje dostęp do usługi przez okres, w którym usługa jest świadczona. Możemy zakończyć świadczenie usługi, np. z przyczyn od nas niezależnych, takich jak zmiany w przeglądarkach lub platformach samochodowych, zmiany przepisów prawa albo zmiany w usługach podmiotów trzecich, z których korzystamy. W takim przypadku z rozsądnym wyprzedzeniem opublikujemy informację na tej stronie oraz, gdy to możliwe, wyślemy ją e-mailem. Nie narusza to ustawowych uprawnień konsumenta wynikających z prawa Unii Europejskiej i prawa polskiego.

6. Bezpieczne korzystanie

Korzystaj z RevEV zgodnie z przepisami ruchu drogowego i tak, by Cię nie rozpraszała. Nie obsługuj aplikacji podczas jazdy, ustawiaj ją na postoju. Głośność ustaw tak, by słyszeć pojazdy uprzywilejowane i otoczenie.

7. Wymagania

Przeglądarka z Web Audio i dostępem do lokalizacji (prędkość). Nie gwarantujemy zgodności z każdym autem, przeglądarką i aktualizacją oprogramowania producenta auta.

9. Reklamacje

Pisz na [email protected]. Odpowiadamy w ciągu 14 dni. Konsumenci mogą skorzystać z platformy ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Odpowiedzialność

Regulamin nie ogranicza odpowiedzialności, której nie można ograniczyć zgodnie z prawem, w tym uprawnień konsumenta dotyczących zgodności treści cyfrowych z umową.

11. Znaki towarowe

RevEV nie jest powiązany z Tesla, Toyota, BMW, Porsche, Lamborghini, Audi ani innymi producentami aut.

12. Prawo

Prawo polskie, bez pozbawiania konsumenta ochrony bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów kraju jego zamieszkania.
