Withdrawal and refunds
Immediate supply
RevEV software and sounds are supplied digitally. Before payment, we ask you to consent to supply before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the loss of the right to withdraw once supply begins. That right is lost only if all statutory conditions are met, including delivery of the required contract confirmation (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
Withdrawal and complaints
If you have a statutory right to withdraw, email [email protected] within the applicable period. You may use: “I withdraw from my RevEV purchase, order [number], concluded on [date]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” We do not offer an additional voluntary 14-day trial.
If the app does not work, was not delivered or does not match its description, contact us at the same address. We can help resolve the problem or arrange a refund. Complaints and statutory remedies are not limited to the first 14 days.
Refunds through Link
Link's purchase terms also apply, including any withdrawal rights they provide. Contact us or Link support for help. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the licence is revoked after a full refund.
Odstąpienie i zwroty
Natychmiastowe dostarczenie
RevEV to oprogramowanie i dźwięki dostarczane cyfrowo. Przed płatnością prosimy o zgodę na dostarczenie przed upływem 14 dni i przyjęcie do wiadomości utraty prawa odstąpienia po rozpoczęciu dostarczania. Prawo to wygasa tylko po spełnieniu wszystkich ustawowych warunków, w tym przekazaniu wymaganego potwierdzenia umowy (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).
Odstąpienie i reklamacje
Gdy przysługuje Ci ustawowe prawo odstąpienia, napisz na [email protected] w odpowiednim terminie. Możesz użyć oświadczenia: „Odstępuję od zakupu RevEV, zamówienie [numer], zawartego [data]. Imię i nazwisko: [dane]. Data: [data]”. Nie oferujemy dodatkowego, dobrowolnego 14-dniowego okresu próbnego.
Jeśli aplikacja nie działa, nie dotarła lub jest niezgodna z opisem, napisz na ten sam adres. Pomożemy rozwiązać problem lub zorganizować zwrot. Reklamacje i ustawowe roszczenia nie są ograniczone do pierwszych 14 dni.
Zwroty przez Link
Zastosowanie mają także warunki zakupu Link, w tym przysługujące na ich podstawie uprawnienia do odstąpienia. Pomoc uzyskasz u nas lub przez pomoc Link. Zatwierdzony zwrot trafia na pierwotną metodę płatności; po pełnym zwrocie licencja jest unieważniana.
