Payment: your payment and billing data (name, email, billing address, payment method) are processed by Sold through Link, LLC and Stripe as the merchant of record and as an independent controller under their own privacy policies (link.com/privacy, stripe.com/privacy). Link may make order and billing details available to us. We use the information needed to deliver your licence, support your purchase and meet legal obligations.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your location. GPS is used only locally in your car's browser to compute speed and direction for the sound. Coordinates are never sent to our servers.

What we process

Device identifier (random ID created in your browser) and licence binding, to unlock and keep your licence (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract).
Order data received from Stripe/Link: email address, country, amount, payment reference (contract; tax and accounting obligations, Art. 6(1)(c)). We store a hash of your email, not card data. We do not receive full card numbers or card security codes.
Email and support: We process your contact details and messages to answer questions and handle complaints (contract, Art. 6(1)(b), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Security logs: hashed IP addresses for rate limiting and fraud prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Optional diagnostic logs: only if you turn on Developer mode and agree. Speed, rpm, gear, sound settings, browser and device characteristics, a derived device fingerprint and device ID; never coordinates. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Website statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the home, purchase and legal pages for aggregate visit and performance statistics, without cookies or cross-site tracking. We also keep daily purchase-step counts by language, general car model and country derived by Cloudflare. These counts contain no IP address or device or order identifiers. Where statistics involve personal data, the basis is our legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, website statistics), Resend (email). Payments are handled by Sold through Link, LLC / Stripe as an independent controller (see above). These providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Their data-processing terms provide for Standard Contractual Clauses where required; an applicable adequacy decision may also be used. Details and safeguards: Cloudflare DPA and Resend DPA. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.

Retention

We keep licence data while the licence is maintained, correspondence while handling your enquiry, and necessary evidence for the applicable claims period. Accounting records are kept for the period required by tax law. Security and diagnostic records are kept only as needed to prevent abuse, investigate incidents or resolve technical problems; they are not intended for indefinite storage.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw diagnostic consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Switching diagnostics off stops further collection; email us to request deletion of earlier identifiable records. Write to [email protected]. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or your local authority.

The email address and licence/device data needed to fulfil your purchase are required for that service; without them we cannot deliver the code or activate access. Diagnostics are optional. We do not use your data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Local storage

The app stores settings, language and the licence token in local storage, and caches application files and sound resources for reuse. It also stores a device identifier in local storage, IndexedDB and a first-party cookie (up to 400 days). These support device recognition and the requested app functions. Optional diagnostics use browser and device characteristics to derive a fingerprint. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Purchase records

We record the wording, version, language and time of the purchase declaration and the order reference. We also retain the version of the documents and scope of the offer applicable at purchase to perform and evidence the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We retain this evidence for the licence term and, where necessary, the applicable claims period. We collect no additional IP address for this record. Pending emails containing the code are encrypted and removed after fulfilment; the delivery record and declaration remain.

Płatność i dane rozliczeniowe obsługują Sold through Link, LLC oraz Stripe jako sprzedawca rozliczający transakcję i niezależny administrator, zgodnie z polityką Link i polityką Stripe. Link może udostępniać nam dane zamówienia i rozliczeń. Wykorzystujemy dane potrzebne do dostarczenia licencji, obsługi zakupu i wykonania obowiązków prawnych.

Lokalizacja

Nie zbieramy współrzędnych GPS. Przeglądarka samochodu wykorzystuje je lokalnie do obliczenia prędkości i kierunku dźwięku. Współrzędne nie są wysyłane na nasze serwery.

Przetwarzane dane

Identyfikator urządzenia i licencja: losowy identyfikator oraz przypisanie licencji umożliwiają aktywację i korzystanie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO, umowa).
Zakup: email, kraj, kwota i identyfikator płatności ze Stripe/Link służą wykonaniu umowy i obowiązkom podatkowym (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i c). W bazie zamówień zapisujemy skrót emaila. Nie otrzymujemy pełnych numerów kart ani kodów zabezpieczających.
Email i pomoc: Dane kontaktowe i treść wiadomości wykorzystujemy do odpowiedzi i reklamacji (umowa, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b, albo prawnie uzasadniony interes polegający na odpowiadaniu na zapytania, lit. f).
Bezpieczeństwo: skróty adresów IP służą ograniczaniu żądań i zapobieganiu nadużyciom (prawnie uzasadniony interes, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f).
Dobrowolna diagnostyka: po włączeniu i zgodzie — prędkość, obroty, bieg, ustawienia dźwięku, cechy przeglądarki i urządzenia, ich obliczony skrót oraz identyfikator urządzenia; bez współrzędnych (zgoda, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a).

Statystyki

Na stronie głównej, stronach zakupu i stronach prawnych używamy Cloudflare Web Analytics: zbiorczych statystyk odwiedzin i wydajności, bez cookies i śledzenia między witrynami. Zapisujemy też dzienne sumy etapów zakupu według języka, ogólnego modelu auta i kraju ustalonego przez Cloudflare. Te zestawienia nie zawierają IP ani identyfikatorów urządzeń lub zamówień. Jeśli statystyki dotyczą danych osobowych, podstawą jest nasz interes w ulepszaniu usługi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

Dostawcy i przekazywanie danych

Cloudflare, Inc. zapewnia hosting, bazę danych i statystyki, a Resend wysyłkę emaili. Stripe/Link obsługuje płatności jako niezależny administrator. Dostawcy mogą przetwarzać dane poza EOG, w tym w USA. Ich umowy przewidują standardowe klauzule umowne tam, gdzie są wymagane; zastosowanie może mieć również właściwa decyzja o odpowiednim stopniu ochrony. Szczegóły: Cloudflare DPA i Resend DPA. Możesz poprosić nas o kopię odpowiednich zabezpieczeń.

Jak długo przechowujemy dane

Dane licencji przechowujemy podczas jej utrzymywania, korespondencję podczas obsługi sprawy, a niezbędne dowody przez właściwy okres przedawnienia roszczeń. Dokumentację księgową przechowujemy przez czas wymagany przepisami podatkowymi. Dane bezpieczeństwa i diagnostyki służą tylko zapobieganiu nadużyciom, wyjaśnianiu incydentów i rozwiązywaniu problemów technicznych; nie są przeznaczone do bezterminowego przechowywania.

Twoje prawa

Na warunkach określonych w RODO możesz żądać dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia lub przeniesienia danych oraz wnieść sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania na podstawie uzasadnionego interesu. Zgodę na diagnostykę możesz wycofać bez wpływu na wcześniejsze zgodne z prawem przetwarzanie. Wyłączenie diagnostyki zatrzymuje dalsze zbieranie; w sprawie usunięcia wcześniejszych danych pozwalających na identyfikację napisz do nas. Kontakt: [email protected]. Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa UODO (uodo.gov.pl) lub właściwego organu lokalnego.

Email i dane urządzenia/licencji potrzebne do zakupu są wymagane do realizacji tej usługi; bez nich nie dostarczymy kodu ani nie aktywujemy dostępu. Diagnostyka jest dobrowolna. Nie podejmujemy wyłącznie automatycznych decyzji wywołujących skutki prawne lub podobnie istotne skutki.

Pamięć przeglądarki

Aplikacja zapisuje ustawienia, język i token licencji w local storage, a pliki aplikacji i dźwięków w pamięci podręcznej. Identyfikator urządzenia jest zapisany w local storage, IndexedDB i cookie własnej domeny (do 400 dni) na potrzeby rozpoznawania urządzenia i funkcji aplikacji. Dobrowolna diagnostyka korzysta z cech przeglądarki i urządzenia do obliczenia ich skrótu. Nie używamy cookies reklamowych ani śledzących.

Dokumentowanie zakupu

Zapisujemy treść, wersję, język i czas oświadczenia przy zakupie oraz identyfikator zamówienia. Zachowujemy też wersję dokumentów i zakres oferty obowiązujące przy zakupie, aby wykonać i udokumentować umowę (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i f RODO). Dowody przechowujemy przez okres licencji i, gdy to konieczne, okres przedawnienia roszczeń. Nie zbieramy w tym celu dodatkowego IP. Oczekujące maile z kodem są zaszyfrowane i usuwane po realizacji; pozostaje zapis wysyłki i oświadczenia.
